Many of the recipes also include their approximate carb content. I personally try to maintain a low carbohydrate diet because it helps me manage symptoms of my fibromyalgia, but I don't condone following fad diets such as "keto" for the purposes of weight loss without the oversight of a medical professional. Carbohydrates are an important aspect of food and the vast majority of people absolutely should eat them!
